Whether you’re thinking of letting to friends and family, or a wider market, there are some things you should consider before renting out your caravan.

Park restrictions

The first thing you will have to check before you consider your rental opportunities is whether your individual park operator allows third-party lettings on their site. Some sites do allow you to let out your caravan to family and friends, however, some can impose restrictions for bookings which are not made directly through them so checking this early on can ensure there are no complications later on.
